Most of the icecharts are/should be available via the Seaice Portal. There is also the possibility to receive icecharts via radiofacsimile (DWD Radio Pinneberg at long-wave frequencies of 147,3 kHz); at 10:07UTC the Western Baltic and at 15:20UTC the Swedish chart of the whole Baltic.
